O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.05.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It appears that on the complaint dated 25.05.2015 given by the petitioner, no crime number has been registered, though this Court has dismissed the anticipatory bail in Crl.OP.No.12738 of 2015 on 22.06.2015 that was filed by the opposite parties.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent Police is directed to register a case on the complaint dated 25.05.2015 given by the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law, as laid down by the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
