[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for the records relating to the detention order passed in No.122/BCDFGISSSV/2017 dated 04.04.2017 by the Detaining Authority against the detenu by name, Senthilkumar @ Venthan Senthil Kumar, aged 38 years, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

S/o.Kuppudurai, residing at No.10/12, Ganapathy Nagar 2nd Street, Porur, Chennai-116 and quash the same.

2. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the detenu has passed away.

3. Considering the above said factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
