This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.1255 of 2024 on 30.01.2024 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
