PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the appeal / representation dated 29.12.2024 of the petitioner and
pass appropriate orders thereon with the limited time frame in regard to the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate grounds in any suitable post commensurate with his educational qualification. For Petitioner :

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the appeal / representation dated 29.12.2024 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon with the limited time frame in regard to the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate grounds in any suitable post commensurate with his educational qualification.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father, who was serving as Village Assistant had died while he was in service. Subsequently, though the petitioner made application for compassionate ground, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation on 29.12.2024 to the 1st respondent however, the same was not considered, the present writ petition is filed.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a specified time.
5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the 1st respondent will consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2024 and pass appropriate order on the same within a period of twelve weeks.
6. In view of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
