O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the enquiry has been conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner and the same is pending before their superior officer and necessary action will be taken based on the said enquiry. If any congnizable offence is made out, the respondent police is directed to take proper action as per law. First Information Report has to be registered and after registration of the FIR, the petitioner will be informed about the same.
3. In view of the above submissions, no blanket direction is required to be issued to the respondent to give information to the petitioner regarding enquiry conducted at this stage. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
