This petition is filed to exempt the petitioner from surrendering before the learned Judicial Magistrate No. V, Coimbatore in pursuance to the order of the I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore in C.A.No.134 of 2023 dated 05.12.2023 by confirming the order dated 19.04.2023 in C.C.No.398 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore till the disposal of the above Crl.R.C.No.383 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had surrendered before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore and he had been remanded in Central Prison, Coimbatore.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submits that the petitioner has been remanded in Central Prison, Coimbatore.
