ORDER

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the second respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.16308 of 2013 dated 19.11.2019 has been complied with. He further submitted that a copy of the order passed by the second respondent, viz., the Commissioner, Erode Municipality, Erode District, was also served on the petitioner.

2. In view of the final order passed by the second respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the second respondent, if he is so advised.
