ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.02.2021 for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.96 of 2020, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners said to have snatched the chain of the defacto complainant weighing about 1.5 soverign. Hence, a case has been registered against the petitioners.

3. The counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners are habitual offender. She further submits with regard to first petitioner one previous case is pending and with regard to second petitioner 9 previous cases are pending. Hence she vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners.

5.Taking note of the fact that the petitioners are habitual offenders and with regard to first petitioner one previous case is pending and with regard to second petitioner 9 previous cases are pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
