COMMON JUDGMENT [Delivered by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents fairly submitted that the respondents in these appeals agreed with the recovery proceedings and paid the entire outstanding amount, as sought to be recovered.

The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that as the respondents in these appeals have agreed for recovery proceedings and paid the entire amount, he is not pressing these writ appeals. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundles to that effect. Recording the same, these writ appeals stand dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected C.M.Ps. are closed.
