The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from in any manner seeking to enforce the demand of the first respondent in the proceedings dated 31.12.2019 in No.TB/TAM/ENF/CC-I/T-8/63252/Proceedings/2019 till the disposal of the appeal before the third respondent Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 would submit that the attachment order has already been lifted and that they will not take any action till the disposal of stay application by the Appellate Tribunal.

3. Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
