The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that on on 30.6.2021, the further action on the complaint given by the defacto complainant in CSR.No.40 of 2021 has been dropped and the enquiry was closed on the ground that she will work out her remedy in a petition filed by her in O.P.No.1961 of 2021 pending on the file of V Addl. Family Court, Chennai.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, nothing further survives in this petition.
