This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.6 of 2015, dated 05.01.2015 and file a charge sheet according to law at the earliest possible date.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.6 of 2015 has been registered by the respondent Police.
