ORDER
The prayer in the present petition is to declare that the acquittal of the petitioner herein by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Wallaja, Vellore District made in C.C.No.563 of 2016 by judgment dated 25.01.2017.
2. Heard Mr.T.Shanmugam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.V.Saratha Devi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. On perusal of the judgment of acquittal, it is seen that the Trial Court had, after appreciation of the evidence on records, confirmed that the prosecution had failed to prove the case beyond all reasonable doubt and thereby had acquitted the petitioner herein. Such an acquittal can only be treated as hon'ble acquittal.

4. With this observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
