Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to consider her representation dated 05.06.2017 and reminder representation dated 11.08.2017 in the light of Government Order Ms.No.210 Revenue Department dated 08.07.2011 and to effect name transfer patta in her favour in respect of the land in S.No.704/1, measruing an extent of 1.21.0 hectare out of 2.99 acres, which is situated in Seruvachur Village, Attur Taluk and District.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representations dated 05.06.2017 and 11.08.2017, the 4th respondent has not passed any orders so far. 4.Mr.R.Rajeswaran learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 4th responden to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.06.2017 and 11.08.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
