ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the complaint dated 01.05.2015 given by the petitioner for an offence punishable under Sections 465, 470, 471 r/w 420 IPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not co-operating for enquiry.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and co-operate for enquiry. The respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
