Heard Mr. K.Premkumar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.Karthick Jeganath, Learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to post the Petitioner as Staff Nurse in any one of the three newly created posts at the Police Hospital, Virudhunagar District.

As it is represented by Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents that no post of Staff Nurse has been sanctioned at the Police Hospital, Virudhunagar District, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner, if she has any other grievance, to work out her remedies before proper forum in the manner recognized by law. 2/4

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
