Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the entire records pertains to the impugned order of the second respondent dated 26.04.2019 vide Na.Ka.No.6824/ 2018 /ve ma 3 granting approval in "DTCP Approval No.267 (R) / 2019", quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents 5 to 21 or anyone claiming under them from in any manner interfering with petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment of their properties to an extent of 38 cents described as plot nos.386 to 404 in the plan attached in the aforesaid impugned order.

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertains to the impugned order of the second respondent dated 26.04.2019 vide Na.Ka.No.6824/ 2018 /ve ma 3 granting approval in "DTCP Approval No.267 (R) / 2019", quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents 5 to 21 or anyone claiming under them from in any manner interfering with petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment of their properties to an extent of 38 cents described as plot nos.386 to 404 in the plan attached in the aforesaid impugned order.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petitions. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
