This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for having disobeded the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19701 of 2015 dated 05.08.2015.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Baskar, Inspector of Police, C-5, Oragadam Police Station is present.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Public https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Prosecutor, submitted that investigation in Crime No.29 of

2015 was completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact on 25.12.2015. The closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, on 26.12.2016 and the learned Judicial Magistrate has also issued notice to the defacto complainant and the case is posted to 01.02.2017.

4. Recording the same, this Contempt petition is closed.
