ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners herein, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A r/w 34 of IPC, in Crime No.13 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The petition for Inter-State anticipatory bail alleging arrest by the respondent Police Ulavapadu Police Station, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh is filed. The First Information Report against these petitioners indicates that the 1st petitioner suppressing his earlier marriage had married the de facto complainant and also received dowry. When that was questioned by the de facto complainant, she was forced to leave the matrimonial home. She has also alleged life threat at the hands of the certain named persons who alleged to have intimacy with these petitioners.

3. This Court considering the facts and the request of the InterState bail and on hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) dismisses the petition and it is for the petitioners to approach the concerned Court, which has jurisdiction over the subject matter, so that the respondent police, which is investigating the matter will have an opportunity to put forth the facts, which has been collected so far in the course of the investigation.
