CRIME NO.496 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall appear before the Respondent on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. , until further orders, in Crl. OP.No. 24669 of 2021 on 20.12.2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.POONGKHULALI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 05.01.2022 till date and the charge sheet is not filed.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 20.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.24669 of 2021, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
