Sanitary Napkins which is an essential commodity, at a subsidized cost or free of cost under the Public Distribution System at all the Ration Shops within the jurisdiction of the State and issue necessary guidelines in this regard.

In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 03.03.2026.
