This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime.No.70 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instruction from one Gunasekaran, the Constable attached to the respondent police station would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and the charge sheet is also made ready and it is awaiting opinion from the Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP). He would further submit that the final report will be filed before the concerned court within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.70 of 2019 before the concerned court within a period of two months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
