ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to register a complaint dated 23.05.2015 and take action at the earliest.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that on 01.04.2015, the petitioner's son and her daughter-in-law were travelling by a two wheeler and they met with an accident, in respect of which a case in Crime No.68/H3/2015 under Sections 279, 337 of IPC was registered by the Inspector of Police, H1, Washermenpet, Traffic Wing.

4. After the accident, the petitioner's son was admitted in the hospital and succumbed to injuries in the hospital on 02.04.2015.

5. Now, it is the contention of the petitioner that her daughter-in-law is responsible for the death of her son in the hospital.

6.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there was no reason to suspect any foul play in the death of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's son in the hospital.
