ORDER

When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasion i.e. on 12.01.2022 and 25.02.2022, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 10.03.2022 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today, i.e. 10.03.2022, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the matter was passed over and again it was called at 03:30 p.m., none appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

3. Thus, it is clear and evident that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter and this Court has no other option except to dismiss this Civil Revision Petition for non-prosecution.

In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.10964 of 2016 is closed.
