ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully Page No.1 of 4
disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on his application, dated 19.01.2026.
2. Since the said application of the petitioner was not considered by the respondent till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the petitioner's application, dated 19.01.2026 seeking issuance of separate patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application, dated 19.01.2026.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's application, dated 19.01.2026 seeking issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner, for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
