The learned Counsel for the respondent would submit that interim order was passed by this court by an order dated 05.07.2018 thereby ordering that the personal appearance of the petitioners are dispensed with on condition that they shall ensure that the husband of the respondent shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- before 16.07.2018. But till today the petitioners did not comply the said condition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners is absent today. It is seen that the petitioners did not comply the conditions imposed by this Court on 05.07.2018. Therefore, the petitioners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

are not at all entitled for any relief as sought for in this petition

4. According, these criminal original petitions are dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
