The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 294(b), 323, 324 & under Section 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.156 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.156 of 2020. He would also submit that the petitioner has been arrested and remanded under judicial custody.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for the petitioner has become infructuous.
