Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the vehicle has been re-possessed. Further, she seeks liberty to approach the Arbitrator to get further orders to sell the vehicle. 2.Learned Advocate Commissioner filed his report dated 17.04.2023, stating that he had executed the warrant and seized the vehicle and handedover the same to the applicant. Further, learned Advocate Commissioner fairly submitted that he is not claiming any additional remuneration.

3.In view of the above, the Advocate Commissioner is discharged and the applicant is at liberty to approach the learned Arbitrator to get further orders to sell the vehicle and hence, no further order is required in the present application.
