2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner /appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 has submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
