O R D E R

Mr.Karthik Raja, learned counsel appearing for CMDA submitted a Letter No.K2/15375/2000 dated 22.03.2019, wherein, the impugned orders dated 15.03.2019, already passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority, Chennai was withdrawn and treated as cancelled.

2. The learned counsel appearing for CMDA would rely on the said letter and submit that the purpose of this Writ Petition has been served and therefore, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.

3. Recording the aforesaid letter as well as the statement of the learned counsel appearing for CMDA, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
