Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.BALASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.N.THAMBIDURAI, Special Government Pleader for 1 to 3 Respondents the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., It is represented that the Court notice as well as the private notice on the suo-moto impleaded fifth respondent was returned unserved. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking permission of the Court to effect substituted service on the fifth respondent through paper publication.
2. This Court perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition and permitted the petitioner to take paper publication / substituted service to the fifth respondent in "Malai Malar" Vernacular Daily, Trichy Edition, having its wide circulation in the Ariyalur District on or before 13.10.2017, intimating the date of hearing of the writ petition on 24.10.2017. Post the matter on 24.10.2017.
