This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 28.02.2020 in W.P.No.5346 of 2015 with granting the liberty to file appeal petition before the fourth respondent with condone the delay against the order of the fifth respondent dated 20.11.2014.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents has not objected in granting the liberty to the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, this petition is allowed and W.P.No.5346 of 2015, is dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty.

4.The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy.
