O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 2 to 4 herein by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, by order dated 02.03.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.4904 of 2020.

2. When this original petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after the anticipatory bail had been granted, final report was filed which was also taken cognizance in C.C.No.312 of 2021 by the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and the same has been pending for trial.

3. Considering the subsequent developments, this court is of the view, no further adjudication is required to be made in this matter. This Criminal Original Petition is closed accordingly.
