Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions of directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. by order dated 05.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25811 of 2021 in Cr.No.13/2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Nagapattinam District. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.K.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.

25811 of 2021, dated 05.01.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that he shall report once in a week, instead of, on every Monday and Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday and Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
