ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the respondent police to investigate and file final report in Crime No.366 of 2019.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that C.S.R is of the year 2016. Later, the case was registered during the year 2019. He would further submit that thereafter the accused had filed a quash petition in Crl.O.P.No.19270 of 2021. However, there is no stay, whereas, the respondent is not proceeding with the investigation.
3.Mr.Janakiraman, the Inspector of the respondent Police Station is also present before this Court and he would submit that he is taking every effort to collect the documents from various banks and he would undertake that the investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of three months from today.He would also submit that he is aware that there is no stay in the quash petition in Crl.O.P.No.19270 of 2021.
4.Recording the undertaking of the Investigating Officer, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the Investigating Officer/respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from today.
