COMMON PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order dated 19.02.2016 made in I.A.Nos.20 & 21 of 2016 in O.S.No.98 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Salem. In both C.R.Ps:
For Petitioner : Mr.V.Sekar For Respondents : No appearance for R1 & R3 Mr.R.Krishna Prasad for M/s.Sarvabhauman Associates for R4 & R5 COMMON ORDER (This matter is heard through video conferencing/Hybrid mode) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that both the Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the order of dismissal dated 19.02.2016 made in I.A.Nos.20 and 21 of 2016 in O.S.No.98 of 2011 filed under Order XVIII Rule 17 & Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code and Order VII Rule 14(3) & Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code. Pending Civil Revision Petitions, the suit itself has been decreed by 2/4
the judgment and decree dated 15.03.2019 and nothing survives in both the Civil Revision Petitions.
2.Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
