Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition that imposed the petitioner stay at Thoothukudi and appear before the Thoothukudi South Police Twice daily at 10.30 A.M. And 4.30 P.M. until further orders in Crl.OP.6056/2022 on 16.03.2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P. No.6056 of 2022 by an order dated 16.03.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation may be modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Thoothukudi South Police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 4.30 a.m., is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Thoothukudi South Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
