JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by RAJIV SHAKDHER, J)
1. After some arguments, Mr.Rajagopal, says that there is an apprehension entertained by the appellants, which is, that the respondents while complying with the directions contained in the impugned judgment and order, may violate the status quo, as directed to be maintained by another learned Single Judge of this Court, while passing the order dated 01.07.2014 in C.R.P. (PD)No.1823 of 2014.
1.1. Dehors this aspect, learned counsel says that the appellants have no grievance qua the impugned judgment and order, provided the respondents strictly adhere to the directions contained therein.

2. In these circumstances, the appeal is disposed of with liberty to the appellants to approach the learned Single Judge, in case, the respondents act in a manner, which is contrary to the directions contained in the order dated 01.07.2014. Consequently, connected pending application shall stand closed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
