Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to pass orders for granting approval of appointment of the petitioner in the sanctioned post of B.T.Assistant (Science) in the 4th respondent school from the date of appointment on 09.03.2018 based on the proposal submitted by the 4th respondent school dated 27.10.2020 and resubmitted on 22.02.2021 with all consequential and other attendant benefits including the arrears of salary to the Petitioner from the date of initial appointment on 09.03.2018 along with interest within a time frame.
