2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, a report has been received from the District Registrar as per the direction of this Court and the same is Perused.
3. As per the report, the documents produced by the petitioner was false and the same was cancelled by the District Registrar under Section 77(A) of Tamil Nadu Registration Manual.

5. In view of the above submissions, compliance is recorded. The interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 28.03.2023 is made absolute.
