ORDER

The petitioner and the respondent are the wife and husband. They are already litigating before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Poonamallee in DVC.No.16 of 2021 and MC.No.18 of 2023. The husband has initiated HMOP.No.341 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court at Tambaram.

2. The petitioner pleads that she has a serious wheezing problem and is unable to travel from Poonamallee to Tambaram. She pleads that the child, who was born to the couple, is also suffering from the same problem.

3. Considering the health of the petitioner and that of the child, and the fact that the petitioner and respondent are already litigating before the Sub Court at Poonamallee, HMOP.No.341 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court at Tambaram and is transferred to the file of the Sub Court at Poonamallee.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
