Crl.M.P.No.6403 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.1517 of 2019 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

By order dated 06.02.2020, wherein, under Clause 4(a), this Court directed the petitioner/accused to deposit a sum of Rs.3 lakhs before the Trial Court within four weeks and the copy of the receipt in proof of depositing Rs.3 lakhs before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Ambattur has been filed before this Court and the same is recorded.

2. In view of the compliance, the relaxation sought for is ordered and accordingly, the petitioner/accused shall appear before the trial Court once in three months until further orders.

C.M.P.No.6403 of 2023 is ordered accordingly in the above terms.
