ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition passed vide order dated 29.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29886 of 2024 directing "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.9(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29886 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024 is relaxed.
