ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner as Pharmacist in Government Medical Institution based on 3rd respondent proceeding No.9/MRB 2012 dated 19.06.2012.

2. This matter came up for consideration on 01.07.2025. However, there

was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For dismissal".

3. In spite of the matter being listed today under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the third respondent that the petitioner herein was subsequently appointed as Pharmacist vide Ref.No.4714/A2/2013-2, dated 20.09.2013 at Government Primary Health Centre, Pudur, Kovilpatti, HUD.
