In view of the limited prayer made during the course of hearing, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2.

The father of the petitioner was serving as Headmaster, Panchayat Union Elementary School, C.P.Kandigai, Pallipattu Union, Tiruvallur District. He expired on 23.04.2002, while he was in service. Repeated representations were made by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent to give appointment to her on compassionate grounds. The same was rejected by the 3rd respondent during September, 2014. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to quash the aforesaid order and to give her compassionate appointment. 3.

The reason for rejecting the compassionate appointment is that the brother and sister of the petitioner are employed as teachers in Government Schools. It is stated that the petitioner has made an appeal to the Government against the aforesaid rejection order on 30.12.2014.

Now, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the said appeal is disposed of by the 1st respondent within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
