The present Writ Petition is filed seeking to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.12.2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the filing of the petition, the authorities have taken a decision on the same, as a result of which the representation of the petitioner does not stand for consideration. The petitioner therefore seeks to withdraw the petition and also made necessary endorsement to that effect.

This Writ Petition is therefore dismissed as withdrawn and if any fresh cause of action accrues in favour of the petitioner, based on the action initiated by the authority concerned, he is free to take such recourse to such legal remedies as are available to him.
