O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third Respondent to implement the order dated 09.05.2018 passed by the second Respondent herein and consider the representation dated 13.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the possession of the subject property was handed over to the petitioner, however, some persons are illegally demanding money at the instance of the fifth respondent.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to lodge complaint before the law enforcing agency if any one is demanding money or threatening him. 4.With the above observation, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
