The learned counsel for the Applicant moved this Application to raise the order of attachment, in view of the fact that subsequent to the attachment order passed by this Court on 29.08.2019, the matter has been settled between the parties. Therefore the present Application in A.No.1783 of 2021 has been moved fairly by the Applicant itself at whose instance the attachment order was passed on 29.08.2019. However, in view of the settlement of the dispute, the present Application has been filed for raising the order of attachment. Considering the above development, this Application stands ordered.
