This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent Police to register FIR based on the complaint dated 06.09.2019 in view of the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Sulur in C.M.P.No.3342 of 2019, dated 4.10.2019. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, an FIR in Crime No.617 of 2021 has been filed on 18.06.2021 for offence under Sections 120(b), 420, 423, 464, 466 and 471 IPC.
