Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that notice had been served and the Respondent-1 had entered appearance.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent-1 seeks time to file counter.

3. Since the petition to condone the delay is leniently allowed by this Court on condition that the Claimant are not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay, this petition in C.M.P.No.7292 of 2025 is allowed even though the learned Counsel for the Respondent-1 seeks time to file counter.

4. Accordingly, this petition in C.M.P.No.7292 of 2025 is allowed on condition that the Petitioner/Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 324 days.

5. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order and to print the name of the learned Counsel for Respondents, if Vakalat is filed and found proper.
